投诉退货处理 Customer complaint and return
负责所辖车间的投诉、退货的确认及调查处理工作；
Responsible for workshop had jurisdiction over the confirmation and investigation and handling complaints, returns, work; 负责组织所辖车间投诉、退货质量问题的相关调查工作；
To be responsible for the organization to reduce the workshop complaints, returns, quality problems related survey work; 负责投诉退货质量问题制定的纠正预防措施的验证；
Responsible for complaint return quality problem for validation of corrective and preventive actions; 负责对投诉退货产品进行趋势分析，反馈直接上级及相关部门； Responsible for complaint return product trend analysis, feedback direct supervisor and related departments;
批产品评价 Batch release
负责对每批产品批记录的审核，批产品满足要求释放；
Responsible for batch record for each batch of product audit, products meet the requirements to release; 负责批产品生产偏差的调查跟进；
Responsible for the products in the production of deviation survey follow up; 负责批产品异常的汇报及跟进；
Responsible for batch abnormal report and follow up;内部质量问题的处理 Deal with the internal defect
负责对产品的生产异常情况进行调查反馈，上报重大质量事故；
Responsible for investigating the production abnormal situation feedback, report the major quality accidents; 负责对IPQC/IPQA标识的过程不良品进行核实，组织评审，分析原因，制定改善措施，并完善相关单据，根据评审结果执行对不良品评审的*终处理意见；
Responsible for IPQC/verify the process non-conforming IPQA logo, organization review, analysis the reason, make improvement measures, and improve relevant documents, according to the results of the execution of non-conforming review final disposal; 负责对内部质量问题的汇总分析，反馈直接上级及相关部门； Responsible for internal quality problem summary analysis, feedback direct supervisor and related departments;
不合格品处理
负责对原材料不合格品的证据收集和投诉；
Responsible for nonconforming raw material evidence collection and complaints; 负责对原材料不合格品造成损失的统计和索赔申请；
Responsible for the losses of nonconforming raw materials statistics and claims; 负责对库存不合格品的定期回顾，及时处理不合格品；
Responsible for the inventory of nonconforming product review regularly, timely deal with nonconforming product 负责对不合格品的销毁，确保客户产品安全；
Responsible for the destruction of nonconforming product, ensuring the security of the customer product; 负责对不合格品的销毁，确保客户产品安全；

负责质量监控计划（QMS）编制及维护；

任职资格:
从事质量工作两年以上，有良好的沟通能力
Two years work in the quality area, good communication ability
大专或以上学历，有一定的英语读写能力
College degree or above, have certain English reading and writing ability
高分子/化学等相关专业优先考虑。
Polymer/chemical or related is preferred
