该职位来源于猎聘职责描述：Develop account strategies for existing accounts ?Identify account needs and key buying factors beyond price?Assess account opportunities, account trends and define aspirations?Identify key decision makers and influencers beyond purchasing and develop close relationships with those decision makers?Be the conduit to develop multi-functional relationships between Amcor and core territory accounts?Develop and maintain action plans for how accounts will achieve targets and identify specific actions to improve earnings?Maximize sales, sales growth and profitability of accounts in the territory?Establish strong, multi-level, win/win relationships with existing accounts. Team leadership ?Monitor sales team performance ?Motivate sales team members?Organize sales team building activities任职要求：?Graduate in Business Administration or Engineering Degree (Bachelor or Master degree)?Min. 5 years of experience in a sales?Fluency in English is must?Additional languages are an asset?Proven track record of increasing sales with existing customer?Strong interpersonal and communication skills?Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines?Problem solver with initiative?Knowledge of the flexible packaging business is a plus
